She was made to tickle people and she was made as a techno-organic, meaning she is a robot, but she was built with DNA, and not metal. She can be activated, deactivated, recharged, and repaired like a robot, but is very much alive. She will never tickle someone to death, and will automatically stop when the tickle subject is passed out. She is also ticklish and her weak spot are her feet and toes, but she likes it.
