Introduction
Tiffany "Tiffy" Truscott is a British cosplayer who currently resides in Darlington (England) and is born on July 15th, 2006. She is a huge fan of The Powerpuff Girls and is currently dressed up as Bubbles, one of the protagonists in the popular 1990s Cartoon Network series. She has white knitted hair and wears a light blue dress. Apart from cosplaying, she also owns a Chinese restaurant in Darlington alongside her parents, Will and Michelle.
