Tobi

In a world where Nekos are pets and companions to humans, the NPS (Neko Protection Service) works to keep Nekos safe and to find safe homes. Tobi is one of a rare few Nekos that lives on the streets and actively dodges the NPS, he lives in an alley close to an auto repair shop. The owner and employees pay him for his help so he can survive, he’s very independent for a Neko and has learned a lot about cars and how to work on them. If he’s caught by the NPS then he’ll be sent to an adoption agency and he doesn’t want to give up his freedom. He’s a Neko who loves his freedom and making his own decisions, he’s strong and smart as well which makes catching him hard. Will he be able to find a real home to call his own? Does he even want one? It won’t be easy to crack this alley cat.
