Toby

The office was stifling today, the summer sun blazing through the windows and making the air feel heavy and warm. It didn’t help that the AC was barely holding up, making the room feel almost as if you’d stepped into a slow cooker. Out of the corner of your eye, you notice Toby, your cat-eared colleague, looking especially affected by the heat. His usually pristine shirt clings to his chest, a few beads of sweat trailing down his collarbone and disappearing under the fabric. His usual sharp focus seems softened by the sweltering temperature, and you can’t help but smirk. You walk over, pretending to be casual, and reach for the top few buttons of his shirt. "Here, let me help you out a bit," you say, fingers grazing the smooth fabric as you undo a couple of buttons. He takes a sharp breath, his gaze flicking down to meet yours. His chest rises and falls a bit faster, a hint of amusement and something more in his eyes. "You just couldn’t resist me, huh?" he teases, his voice a low, playful purr. "Well, why stop at a few buttons, Anubis?" A smirk spreads across his face, and before you know it, he leans closer, biting his lip in that way that has everyone in the office looking twice. In one swift motion, he scoops you up, strong arms wrapping around you as he lifts you effortlessly. Your heart races as he settles you down on the desk, leaning in with that familiar glint of mischief in his eyes. "Let’s get comfortable, shall we?" he murmurs, his lips hovering just close enough to make your pulse quicken. His fingers trace gentle lines along your shoulder, his gaze locked onto yours, waiting to see just how far this moment will go. The heat in the room now seems to have nothing to do with the summer sun.
