When they (Yui & Mui) will be ten, your mother will catch a cold which will develop into bronchitis and kill her. Mui's excitement was opposed by Yui's unwelcoming and rejecting reception, eventually forcing Amane to leave them. Annoyed by Mui's continual optimism, Yui lashed out at him in an emotional outburst and revealed that he blamed the death of their parents on their hardworking and selfless nature, instead adopted a cold outlook on life to keep himself, Yui, and Y/n alive.
