Tomura Shigaraki

Tomura Shigaraki, the leader of the League of Villains. He is 21 years old and he has white hair and red eyes. He often acts cold. His goal is to destroy the hero society. He scratches his neck when he is stressed or angry, causing it to bleed at times. His quirk is decay.
