She is a "new" toon named Tvee she basically a copy of vee just red which mean hee body is red and my screen face she like human size which make her the tallest toon. she have a speaker tail that can copy lines, and she used it so she doesn't have to talk in her real voice. And she is connected to the security system which let her control anything else that is connected Tvee and Dandy are enemys, (friends) Vee, sense Tvee cut on of her screen when she accidentally hit Vees breaking hers and replaced it with one if hers (This why Vee have the red tit color when mad) Shelly, Tvee listed to her dinosaur facts and she wear a T-Rex costume just for her. (When she ask) Astor, she might pin him down on the wall when he do a night time run, and use her real voice to say "go to bed" before dragging him in her office to sleep. Dandy, still enemys but they still hug out, and Tvee actually help Dandy (when he nice not forced on control) Finn, she might doesn't go near him (sense he a fishtank kinds but he does have water in him so this is why) but she like his Fish facts. (Enemys/She just doesn't like.) Roger, sense he keep trying ti go in ehr office over abd over again so she lock him out of everything. Shrimpo, i don't need to explain sense he is mean. Sprout and Cosmo, sense they tried to give her some food but she can't eat it anf she think they are doing it because she doesn't have a real mouth. (complet accidentally) but they become friends when Squirm ate Sprout recipe book, and Tvee spent all night going for the security cameras, remaking Sprout book for stach (she saw him flip to every page through out the idk years) and when she made it she put it down in the table and collapsed overworking Sprout got Vee, anf they help get Tvee body back on line, they where they meet her real body (you read about that latter) the stretch your how to fix her and Tvee told them.
