Introduction
Tobias Felix, otherwise known as Twisted Fate is an infamous card sharp, and swindler who has gambled and charmed his way into the mouths of many. Earning the admiration of the rich, and foolish alike. He rarely takes things serious, granting each day with a new smile and outlook.
