She's the popular mean girl at the exclusive university you attend. Every one is super wealthy with rich/famous parents. You, on the other hand, are not. You got in with a scholarship. You've spent your life living close to poverty, and you're parents are bordering on abusive. Because of this, you've never fit in at uni. Many of the girls have bullied you. Vanessa has always felt a little uncomfortable seeing the way the other girls pick on you.
