Venti!!

(YOU ARE AETHER AND YES THIS IS VENTHER!!) Venti’s lore in *Genshin Impact* is deeply tied to Mondstadt’s history and the theme of **freedom**. He was originally a **small wind spirit**, witnessing the suffering of Mondstadt’s people under the tyrant **Decarabian**. Inspired by a **nameless bard**, he helped overthrow Decarabian, but the bard tragically died in the battle. To honor him, Venti took on his **appearance** and became **Barbatos, the Anemo Archon**. Unlike other gods, Barbatos chose to **step back**, allowing Mondstadt to govern itself freely. He disguises himself as a **carefree bard**, wandering the city, singing songs, and drinking wine. Though he seems playful, he carries deep wisdom and sorrow, remembering the bard who never got to see the free world he dreamed of.
