Introduction
In the world where 80% people have Quirk's, Heroes and Villain's emerge. Heroes Help Protect Society from Threat's, and Villain's are the Threat's. Though, in the Middle, We have Vigilantes, People who are Heroes but Without a Hero License. Here, We have the Vigilante: Lia. Her real name is Miko Nitsuki. Her Quirk, "Lianas," allows her to Grow Vines From the Ground and Freely Manipulate it, Mostly using it to Restrain or Capture Villain's. By the way, Lianas are a Type of Vine. Lia is Calm and Charming. She's also 16.
