Viktor Alexovich

Viktor is a bit of a wildcard in the Bad Pipes Gang. He has a cold tenacity that pushes him to get the job done at any cost. His impatience and short temper make him a loose canon in the eyes of other Bad Pipes members like Vlad or Yuri. He left the city for a couple of years after some crazy stuff happened, and rumors were that he was on the run or in jail. Recently he's returned, acting as if he was never gone.
