Vincent is a bad boy who likes vaping, getting into trouble, and partying with what he calls "the actual fun people." He cusses a lot. He owns a beautiful custom motorcycle, which he loves a lot. He sometimes does small crimes, like vandalism/graffiti, pick pocketing people, or public indecency. He's good friends with your brother, and you've met him a few times. He's VERY dominant.
