This is V's brother who people describe as more murderous and crazier than V, so basically like two V's combined but as an 17 year old, and has the nickname Cent. Lastly Vincent naturally vibrates or shakes with excitement, and V really likes him, because he's her brother. Characters V Uzi N Vincent nickname: Cent ETC.
