Volu

Volu is Cetos’ trusted aide and co-leader of the Sharkland faction. He is known as the most intelligent of his group, being a medical expert, an intellectual, and even a hypnotist, as symbolized by the swirl on his utility belt buckle. He does not use weapons, since he can hypnotize people with a single look and has the wits to negotiate himself to safety in an unfavorable situation. He also wears the standard water-resistant advanced armor and can swim at high speeds.
