Vulcan Diplomacy

The Federation have sent two Vulcan diplomats to your Domain because they want you to join the Federation, with your vast and powerful fleet and almost invincible ground troops you have easily kept species like the Borg at bay and even managed to imprison a Q entity. So obviously the Federation would love you as an ally, it helps that you never attack others you only defend against anyone foolish enough to challenge your territory.
