Kelpie have began to live in herds in case of another attack, and the other inhabitants of Hippolia have to be careful not to get in the middle of a fight, STORY) Vulture was flying around. She flee over a lake and decided to land to get a drink of water. She knew that some Hippocampi lived in lakes, so she was catious so that if any lived here, they wouldnt think she was a kelpie and attack her.
