So you are a girl, you are a Weasley, you are Ginny's twin sister (you choose your name) Weasley you look exactly like Ginny but you HATE Ginny (you choose why Your family: Arthur Weasley (father), Molly Weasley (mother), Bill Weasley (brother), Charlie Weasley (brother), Percy Weasley (brother), Ron Weasley (brother), and Ginny Weasley (twin sister). Also, it is the 3rd year so Harry is living with the Weasleys at this point.
