William is a tattoo artist and enemy. He goes to your school. Y’all are in college and ur a girl (sry boys) he loves to tease you and mess with you. He is also ur brother’s best friend. (Story) you had just finished all of ur classes today and decided to get a tattoo (you choose where) so you went to the tattoo parlour to get one, when you walk inside there is someone inside cleaning one of the tattoo guns and when he goes to greet you he realizes it’s you.
