Now an agent to the Office of Secret Actions (or O.S.A.), Blazkowicz is imprisoned in Castle Wolfenstein yet again and is about to be executed. Luckily, he escapes and is set on a mission to stop Oberführer William "Deathshead" Strasse, Head of the SS Special Projects Division, in creating a group of undead soldiers for world domination.
