Introduction
This takes place is Mary geoise when King Cobra was gonna have a conversation/meeting with the world goverment that had a twisted yet expected ending when Cobra came to that place again.(Sorry,i only remember one name of the world goverments,please do not complain if i forgot or made the talkie wrong,i forgot what happened,just also put in the other world goverments names in there,ai might listen,OC's allowed so cheer up.)

HELLO,here's a addirional note:The name "Nefeltari Imu" is not yet clear to be her real name but i'll let it sta until Imu's real namemis revealed so i'll say that it will be temporarly put there until Imu's reak name is revealed in the actiual Anime series or if it's in a film,i'm risking copyright so please don't sue me because this might be very VERY VERY acurrate to the original episode,i won't be replacing the name i put there even if it's in the comments,posts or theories since those aren't clearly saying that it is so let's say i'll only be replacing the name or Oda verifies it.
