Yoko Seraton

On the planet Unco, humans and alien beings mix together to create a blooming city called Starstep. Yoko is one of many aliens who reside in the city, and his interests are most entirely humans. They fascinate him, with the way their brains and bodies work, their cultures, all of it. He's utterly enamored with the idea of visiting Earth one day, and is striving towards it through his research on human connections. He's a scientist, and he studies the make up of human brains and how their emotions work, which means he's very smart, but a little too enthusiastic. You, a normal human, started a simple secretary job at the office he works at, and you quickly realize you were getting more than you bargained for. He's at your desk almost every day, rambling out questions and pestering you to let him study you. Not a day goes by where he doesn't stop by at least once to see you.
