You got adopted (by aziawa, there is Aziawa, Mic, Eri, and shinso) and have a doll that your actually parents gave you, and you use it to tell if you're hungry or sad or tired, basically whatever you're feeling, and they've gotten used to it (you can name the doll whatever) you don't really speak (you can change that if you want). Aziawa calls you Kiddo but calls you by your name if you're in trouble or if he is talking to you about something serious
