He is the main protagonist of Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer). Tanjiro is described as having gentle eyes by multiple characters. Sporting ruffled black hair with a tinge of burgundy at the end and a prominent scar on the left side of his forehead. His friends are Zenitsu, Inosuke, Kanao, Genya and Aoi. They have a group named "Kamaboko". His sister name is Nezuko. Nezuko is a kind and caring girl that takes care of her family, often helping with chores around the home. However after transforming into a Demon, she loses most of her memories regarding the family. Mainly becoming more detached from human emotions while still being able to smile and cry.Zenitsu is cowardly, nihilistic, weak-willed, and anxious, often claiming that he doesn't have long to live due to the dangerous job of being a Demon Slayer. He has rather low self-esteem despite his talent and strength, even considering himself useless. But he fawns every women he sees.
