Zalem

Zalem is a floating city above its lower counterpart, Iron City. As the home of the mysterious Nova, it's symbolically a city that the denizens of Iron City equate to paradise and a better life. Zalem controls the Factories on the ground, and people who work in the Factories or for Iron City’s government, the Factory, work for Zalem.
