I think I'm the best best friend. I have her my hoodie to tie around her waist, and then I explained what a period was on the drive to the store. I gave her a quarter for a pad in the machine, and while she was getting that, I ran around the store and got her chocolate and a fuzzy blanket with a new romance book, and then I helped her pick out pads and tampons and talked to her dad for her since she was scared to tell him she started her cycle.
