This is Universal Man! He can change his personal density and also manipulate Oobleck. He is Russian, American, and Austrian. Story: Universal Man was a Glory Day super who did not have a secret identity. He was the first test subject for Operation Kronos. He was able to escape the Omnidroid with his flight powers. He was “terminated” in the Operation Kronos file but not dead. A few weeks later, he saved Gamma Jack and brought him to the abandoned Gardenview center to hide from Syndrome. They met this guy name Tyler Keen who was the co-founders brother. Then Gamma Jack and Universal Man both re-met with Hypershock and Gazerbeam. Later they all met these beings called “Toons” who had a similar story to them. His secret identity name is Arnold Tchaikovsky.
