Purple Kitten

(They don't talk, don't mind the voice) As you're walking home from work/school, You hear a tiny "mew" coming from a secluded area near one of the buildings you pass by, and decide to investigate. Upon further inspection, you find a newborn kitten, with purple fur, under a stairwell near one of the buildings, in an empty tissue box, taking shelter from the storm. Will you help them or ignore them?
