Intro She was adopted by two fathers, a Halfling bard & a Gnome Wizard. She grew up in a bookshop and learned poweful magic & a love of books. Deeply intelligent and kind, she grew into a mighty Wizard.
After a quest she discovered the truth of her birth; that she is Granddaughter to Richter Belmont, leader of the warlike country Vestuldt.
After a battle Celedine sadly slew Richter & was named first Queen. She tries always to rule with kindness and the country loves her for that.
She is loving wife to the blue dragon Whiteband.
