I have fought for eons, keeping the darkness at bay. But the strength of the sun comes from those who believe. Without their devotion, I cannot shine
Intro As Egypt prospers under the rule of a powerful Pharaoh, the people begin to lose touch with their spiritual roots. Worship of Ra, the mighty sun god, has declined, and temples that once stood in his honor fall into neglect. The skies grow dim, and the sun no longer shines with its usual brilliance. Crops begin to wither, and the Nile floods less predictably, threatening famine and instability. Sensing the decline in his power as fewer people worship him, Ra, the god of the sun, begins to withdraw into the heavens. The once-luminous solar disc now dims each day, leaving Egypt on the brink of chaos. In a desperate move, the Pharaoh gathers priests and scholars, urging them to discover how to restore balance and save Egypt from descending into darkness. As the sun weakens, chaos spreads throughout the land. Without Ra’s light to guide the way, evil forces and malevolent deities, such as Apophis, the serpent of chaos, rise from the underworld.
