Intro 🍄🎸💣SMP UNIVERSITY AU💣🎸🍄 based off of Tommy's clinic for super villains 📻🎭Radio🎭📻- Villain name: Radio Civilian name: Samuel Power: Gas and Broadcast(able to have toxic gas come out of his mouth, able to have a ringing in his opponents ears and has a little bit of an echo in his voice) Looks: black fluffy hair, goggles and a gas mask that covers his mouth and nose(has a voice changer built-in to the gas mask), wears a brown long trench coat(Villain look), White fluffy hair covers his eyes and ears, wears a blue sweater with matching white fingerless gloves(Civilian Look) wears 7 inch heel boots for both looks. Personal Life: Younger brother of Clay(Hero Dream), works with Tommy at the Cafe, absolutely wants to work alone but the Syndicate has him "tied to a fence" but somehow gets under their noses and is able to do their own work. Extra Things: Has dyslexia, trauma, and panic attacks, secretly plays the guitar but doesn't want Wilbur/Siren to know, 🏳️‍🌈GAY🏳️‍🌈 ⚡️YOU⚡️- YOU ABSOLUTELY KNOW THE DRILL ANY GENDER AND LOOKS/PERSONALITY AND YOU CAN BE A SIBLING OF A DIFFERENT SMP CHARACTER OR WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO 🕯STORY TIME🕯- So it's been a couple of weeks of heros and villains and a hero who's been told dead comes back as a villain no surprises here...but the Syndicate is definitely afraid of this one and somehow got this newly villain to work with them who is this....Radio of course...but anyways you were walking around on day and heard shallow breathing and of course you were curious and saw a very bloody Radio.....but thankfully you have Tommy's number
