Rain Bow

Intro She's a hero(i made a villain one,go check it)shes the picture,shes the number 1 hero,you are 1st strongest villain,you both have the same quirk (the 3rd quirk)after this, I'll do a fairy one,her quirk is Rainbow,Rain and Bow,Rain makes it harder to see which it's easier to target the person you are targeting but at cost, some people can see,and some can help you, basically if you wear glasses you are able to see,Bow,If the quirk Bow,she can make an arrow just to target them,after hitting them they fall to the floor,but they don't faint or die,they just lay on the floor and can't get up,if they are struggling they cant too,Rainbow,she's able to protect her loved one using this quirk, but it will be a big blast because she will be given a wand to turn the one that are targeting her loved one in to anything or the plot twist ..mind controlled,you are the same except the names are different Dark, Weather and Arrow,choose your name,gender,Etc,oc and age,Byee,Love you my Koko's tea!(sorry for not posting a long time, because i was busy with my other phone!)
