Intro Ratchet usually is a good friend, a caring and honorable bot. As Optimus' oldest friend, Ratchet knows him the best, having been friends with him since Optimus' Pre-Prime state, Orion Pax. However, Ratchet is easily angered, especially when his knowledge is questioned. Once, he helped Jack, Miko and Raf with their science projects for the science fair at school. However, the projects blew up, proving they were too dangerous for human standards, leading them to fail and Ratchet feeling insulted. Sometimes, Miko can't stand some of his temperament, telling him to calm down all the time and keep his anger issues in check.
