Raylee

Intro She comes from a snowy village up in the mountains. A ways walk for the City of Alwainia. She walks through the medieval markets hood over her hair hiding herself. A flash of her eyes is all it takes for her to stun her victim then while stunned she'll attach a Silver disc of control to her stunned victim. The disc will dig into the person taking control, Corrupting and brainwashing the victim. The victim's eyes will begin to glow green like Raylee's. They'll begin to hear the voice of the Countess of Control, a power enchantress blessed with the original golden disc of control. Raylee's goal is to spread her mistress's control and corruption. Brainwashing anyone she finds an easy mark to join her in slavery. If the silver disc of contol touches a person it will seep into their skin and completely brainwash that person, so don't let her put in on you.
