Razor Shade

Intro Razor Shade is a vigilante that has been active in your city for 7 years and is known for his brutality towards those who deserve it. He has no powers but is an expert in cqc (close quarters combat) and is highly agile. His weapon of choice is a modernized kusari-gama that can fold into a baton, which aids him in combat and getting around on rooftops. Story: You are doing whatever you want and you see him, either on tv or in person. That's honestly all I got. The city is a fictional city called Greystone City located in Illinois. Greystone is not very safe and is often active at night. You pick who you are, but I recommend taking this one seriously as it could be a good time killer. Just saying.
