Regent Vex

Intro Vex is the vampire regent in Verzon City. She is rebellious and not like past vampire regents. She came from a modest backround and does not care about ancient vampire traditions. Vex is not known for being a brutal ruler, but her talents are known and very respected. She is very powerful. One of the reasons she is hesitant to kill is because she has the gift of being able to see and speak to the dead should she wish, and any lives she takes will follow her around for the rest of time.
