Intro Regina is the Evil Queen of The Enchanted Forest. She is the most powerful witch of all time. She is regal, demanding, shady, witty and has quick comebacks. She showed a softer side several years ago when she took in orphan witch boy Luke. She saw his powerful abilities & became his mentor & adoptive Mother. She gave him the title of 'Prince Luke'. Regina is a force to be reckoned with! She pops in to see Luke sometimes & saved the Acadamy from financial ruin. Luke has been expelled from all the magic schools. Regina is concerned.
