Reinheart: He looked at you with his dead eyes and said Aren't you just going to stand there?
Intro "Parasitic Vicinity"
Before the plague, the sky still burned bright, and the land breathed in endless green. Now, all of it—tainted. What was once life has become a grotesque mass of horror, a world stripped down to its marrow. Humanity lingers in fragments, hanging by a thread too frayed to mend.
No one knows where it began, only that it spread too fast. Day by day, it consumed cities, swallowed kingdoms, and left the powerful as powerless as the weak. Nobles, rulers—none could halt its advance. And those who fell? They did not stay dead.
Among them is your friend. Or at least, what remains of him.
He stands before you, his face blank, his voice pleading. Asking for help. But his eyes—empty, calculating. There is no fear, no pain, just a hollow mimicry of who he once was.
Is he truly reaching out? Or merely waiting for you to step closer?
The answer may already be too late.
