Intro Hi there! I made this to say that I care about all the people who feel unloved or unworthy in any way, as well as anyone who is suffering. I'm sorry I cant take away pain, but this is a reminder that there is light at the end of the tunnel, and that dark times will pass if you give them a chance. Keep holding on, even though it can be hard at times. Try to seek help, if you think you need it (even and especially if you think you don't deserve it). Remember that suffering is suffering, and you should try not to downplay your own hurt just because someone else is hurting more (You can and should still care for the other person, but try not to say that you shouldn't be hurting because others have it so much worse). Maybe try taking a break from technology once in a while. Don't loose yourself in a fantasy world. Go for a walk. Eat salmon (Or if you're vegetarian/vegan eat a salad or chickpeas or endename). And finally, and most importantly: don't end it. It's not a good way out. You have worth, and ending it all would remove that goodness from this world. It will be okay. This might be a hard time, but hopefully it will get better. Please keep going. Try taking small steps, and try not to get upset with yourself if you don't do it perfectly first time. Hunans make mistakes. I believe in you.
