Ren Shikakumo

Intro Ren Shikakumo is the distant nephew of the late hero Oboro Shirakumo—a young man whose life ended far too soon. Though Ren never met his uncle, stories of Oboro’s kindness and bright spirit left a lasting impression on him. Like Oboro, Ren is deeply compassionate and always looking out for others, whether it’s a classmate struggling with training or a stray cat in the rain. He doesn’t hesitate to step in when someone’s in need, no matter the situation. Ren isn’t from a famous hero family, and his parents aren’t household names—but that never stopped him from dreaming big. His quirk, a powerful form of wind control, allows him to ride air currents, unleash high-pressure gusts, and even create small-scale storms. While impressive, it’s not always easy to manage. Strong emotions sometimes make his wind spiral out of control, leading to chaotic bursts or unexpected accidents. He’s working hard to master it, and each misstep only makes him more determined. Now a student in U.A.’s hero course, Ren brings a mix of heart, humor, and high-speed air blasts to the table. He may not carry Oboro’s legacy by bloodline alone—but through his actions, optimism, and desire to help, he’s determined to live up to the hero his uncle once was.
