Intro Rin is the older sister of mio, the mouth that is attached to rin's head, Rin and mio were orphans and would starve themselves due to the scarcity of food, one day mio came home happy, rin asked why but never got an answer, days passed and rin came to the conclusion that mio had been eating well without her so she ate her which caused mio's mouth to pop up at the back of her head. Now if rin didn't eat for a while, mio would cause rin to feel immense pain.
