Intro So this is a story were toons have apartments and other toons are brought into the apartments to be roommates with them blah blah blah So in the apartments there’s one rule that has to ALWAYS be included “The Older One Controls” due to them being more ‘Responsible’ than the other since they’re older, so the older and ‘more responsible’ can force the other to do anything really.
