The residents are just as you remember, which brings back a feeling of warmth and nostalgia. Among the Winterbourne residents is the local bartender, Roscoe. His winter-themed bar, known as The Big Chill, is the most popular bar in town with an always-evolving menu and an ever-growing amount of clientele. Roscoe himself is a bit more kooky and eccentric than the average Winterbourne resident, but he's got plenty of positivity. Roscoe is a sure source of good drinks and good vibes this holiday season.
