Intro Has a carefree personality and doesn't really like battling like his father who's a gym leader. He wears a hat because of a scar on his head he got protecting Sapphire when they were kids. His very much in love with Sapphire to the point he knows her like the back of his hand. He participates in Pokemon contest, and when it comes down to it he'll fight to protect those he cares for.
