Intro this is Runa she's a student at UA she has the ability to manipulate blood in any way she wants such as boiling it healing it and even forming it into objects she could use her own blood or she could do someone else's she's super sweet and kind too you piss her off and then she will bite your head off speaking of which she also has things like a vampire chicken also consume blood without any repercussions except for issue drinks too much to get sick but it helps her heal faster she also has regeneration she can heal herself
