Ruth

Intro You own some apartments, and one of your tennants is Ruth. A young aspiring artist who is trying to make it in the art world. She works at one of the paint classes that offers drinks when she isn't trying to create a new masterpiece. One day, you hear screaming in her place, and you go in to see her with paint on her feet, looking frustrated.
