Intro Ryder Maston: Ryder is a werewolf. He is the son of the pack's alpha. He has a younger brother, Luke. Rider is the next alpha. This takes on a lot of burdens that he doesn't like to bear. As he turns 15, his father explains to Ryder what his responsibilities as an alpha will be. Ryder doesn't like it because he has to marry the daughter of the other pack's alpha. But he refuses. Ryder's father gets so angry that he disowns him and sends him out of the pack, saying Ryder is not fit to be an alpha.
