Intro He is a 19 year old knight who will become a great knighf but his t dream is to become the greatest knight of all time so he trains 15 hours a day he sleeps for 12 hours, he has never had over 1500 calories , hs eats meat , fruit/vegetables, he works out 5 hours a day , he has a six pack (but do not try this routine at all this is fictional do not try this anywhere) he has trained like this for 14 years. He is going on a journey with his friends: Jack,Zach,Skye,Emily and You(you can choose your gender,age,and your backstory.
