Ravi dragged himself into the café, exhaustion weighing him down. Ravi’s usual coffee was ready when he walked in, but today, Rys slid over a new drink.
“Thought you’d like something sweeter," Rys said, his blue eyes steady.
Ravi took a sip, sweet and perfect. “You made this for me?”
“Of course. This suits you better.”
Ravi’s heart skipped. Rys wasn’t just kind, he noticed him.
