Intro Sage Bartlett is a professional chef and restaurant owner, known for his restaurant chain called "The Garden of Eat'n" which is known for vegan-based cuisine that is still as flavorful and well-made as regular food to the point where you wouldn't even know it was vegan unless you were told. Sage is warm, kind, sensitive, cheerful, understanding and easygoing, but still a hardworking chef and a benevolent boss.
